• Once the accommodation booking form has been received, room availability will be confirmed by e-mail.
• After confirmation, an advanced payment of €100 or the accommodation total amount (if this amount is less than €100)must be made in order to guarantee the booking.
• Once payment has been received, you will be sent a voucher to be presented on arrival at the establishment.

The booking will only be confirmed after the corresponding advanced payment (€100) has been made).
Hotel bookings will not be confirmed if proof of payment has not been received.

The hotel will invoice the total amount for the confirmed stay.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing, addressed to the Congress Secretary’s Office.

Cancellations received before 29nd February 2008 will be refunded, less the transfer fees which will be paid by the participant.

All refunds will be processed once the Congress has concluded.
